You might be here because something inside feels unsettled — even if everything looks “fine” from the outside. Maybe you’ve tried therapy before. Maybe you’ve spent years coping on your own. You’re self-aware, insightful even — but you still feel stuck.
Sometimes, it’s not about one big event.
It’s about years of holding it together.
Or feeling like you had to hide what was really going on inside.
Or never even knowing how you felt, because no one ever asked.
You’re not too much. You’re not too sensitive. And you’re absolutely not beyond help.
I bring both lived experience and professional training to this work. My practice is grounded in trauma-informed, relational therapy. I offer a safe, gentle space to explore what’s underneath the surface — at your pace, with care and deep respect for everything you’ve carried.
This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you reconnect with who you’ve always been underneath the pain, the patterns, the protectors.
If you’re tired of coping and ready to feel something more grounded, more alive, more true — you’re in the right place.
How I Work
I offer therapy that’s relational, trauma-informed, and emotionally attuned — grounded in the belief that healing happens when we’re met, not managed.
My approach isn’t about diagnosing or fixing. It’s about helping you feel safe enough to be fully yourself — even the parts you’ve had to hide for years.
Some sessions may feel soft and reflective. Others may gently bring up long-held emotions, not to overwhelm you, but to help them move and release in a safe, steady way.
We go at your pace. Together, we listen to what your body, emotions, and inner world are trying to say — and begin to respond with care, clarity, and compassion

What I Support With
You don’t need to have the right words. You don’t need to be “ready” in any perfect way.
You just need to be willing to show up — as you are.
I support clients who:
- Are functioning on the outside, but feel stuck or unseen inside
- Have tried therapy before but still feel disconnected or overwhelmed
- Carry anxiety or panic that shows up in their body or relationships
- Struggle with emotions they were never taught to feel safely
- Want to move from self-judgment to self-compassion
Does This Sound Familiar?
- Feeling overwhelmed or anxious without knowing why
- Panic, overthinking, or emotional shutdown
- Relationship struggles, fear of closeness, or repeating patterns
- Feeling unseen, even by people close to you
- Wondering why nothing’s “wrong,” but something still feels off
- Navigating emotions you were never allowed to feel
